Mill Creek Residential has started construction on Modera South Shore Marshfield, a new apartment community with 270 homes in Marshfield, MA.
Situated between Boston and Cape Cod with access to Marshfield’s beaches, Modera South Shore Marshfield will feature one-, two- and three-bedroom homes with an average size of 1,129 square feet. The community will feature various den, loft and townhome options, and homes will have private patios or balconies.
